Job Description
Barq Dev is seeking a talented Senior HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. In this position, you will manage employee documentation, lead engagement initiatives, and ensure seamless HR operations.
Must-Haves:
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, and recruitment tools
- Policy and contract drafting skills
- Attendance and leave tracking
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- HR operations reporting
- Compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Collaboration with Admin and IT
Location: College Road, Township (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon – Fri)
