Job Description

Beacon Energy is hiring an Assistant Manager Sales (B2B) to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management within the solar or energy industry.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B sales pipeline in the renewable energy sector
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Conduct product presentations and technical solution briefings
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and after-sales coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy sales
• Proven experience in business development or customer relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Technical understanding of solar energy solutions
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial solar projects
• Knowledge of inverters, hybrid systems, or BESS solutions
