Job Description
We are hiring a VoIP SIP & NOC Engineer to manage SIP-based voice services and monitor network operations center (NOC) infrastructure. Responsible for call routing, SBCs, SIP trunking, QoS, troubleshooting and incident response.
You will configure and maintain SIP devices, analyze logs, implement redundancy, perform capacity planning, and coordinate with vendors to resolve outages. Work shift-based NOC coverage and on-call duties.
Qualifications: 3+ years in VoIP/SIP and NOC, experience with SIP, RTP, SBCs, Wireshark, Linux, scripting, and network protocols (TCP/IP, QoS). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
