Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, deliver excellent service, and promote our products/services to achieve sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling products/services, and assisting customers in resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) and a customer-centric approach are essential. Experience in customer sales is preferred, and candidates must be able to work night shifts.
