Job Description
Benchmark Junior School, GT Road Campus seeks a warm, nurturing, tech‑savvy Female Early Years Teacher (ages 3–6). Full‑time role — Rs40,00–45,00/month. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age‑appropriate literacy, numeracy, and social‑emotional lessons; using PowerPoint for visuals; maintaining Excel records for progress and attendance; leveraging AI tools for lesson prep and communication; fostering a safe, inclusive classroom; partnering with parents; and collaborating in staff training. Bring creativity, organization, storytelling, music, art, and play‑based approaches. Preferred: Master’s degree, 3 years school experience. Must be able to commute/relocate to Rawalpindi GPO and speak English. Work location: in person.
