Job Description
We are hiring an Early Years Urdu Teacher at Benchmark School System, Westridge Campus, Rawalpindi. Full-time role reporting to the Campus Head/Academic Coordinator. Teach Urdu (speaking, listening, reading, basic writing) to young learners using play-based, student-centered methods; plan lessons, assess progress, keep records; use stories, rhymes, flashcards; communicate with parents; collaborate on curriculum; maintain classroom discipline and participate in trainings and events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred), fluent Urdu (spoken/written), early years or primary experience preferred, strong classroom management and communication skills, patience and creativity.
