Job Description
Join our early childhood center as a Montessori Lead Teacher guiding children aged 3–6 in a prepared classroom. You will plan and implement the Montessori curriculum, observe student progress, manage the classroom environment, and communicate with families. Required: Montessori certification (AMI/AMS preferred), minimum 2 years lead experience, strong knowledge of child development, patience, and excellent communication skills.
