Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Lead Associate with 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in paints or the chemical manufacturing industry; candidates with a paint background are encouraged to apply. This full-time, in-person field sales role requires up to a Bachelor’s degree. Compensation includes Rs75,00–Rs90,00/month plus incentives, a company car, and additional benefits. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, drive regional growth, and achieve sales targets.
