Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Merchandiser to lead product planning, assortment, pricing, and vendor relationships to maximize sales and margins.
Responsibilities include developing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales and trend data, forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, negotiating supplier terms, coordinating with buying, marketing, and operations, and ensuring on-shelf and online presentation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or related; 5+ years’ merchandising experience; strong Excel and analytical skills; excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication; ability to meet deadlines and manage cross-functional projects.
