Job Description
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and execute email campaigns that increase engagement and conversions. Responsibilities include list segmentation, A/B testing, automation setup, copywriting, design collaboration, performance analysis, and CRM management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of email marketing experience, strong knowledge of ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), HTML basics, and an analytics-driven mindset.
