Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Executive H-R at a leading Beverages Company. You will be responsible for formulating HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring positive employee relations. Key duties include managing compensation, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR experience in the beverages industry and hold an MBA/BBA in Human Resources. Proficiency in HRIS systems like Oracle/ERP/SAP is required.
This is a full-time role with a salary of Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00.
