Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist HR team with daily administrative tasks
- Use HR tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Sheets, ATS) for tracking tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

Pay: Rs10,00.00 – Rs15,00.00 per month
