Job Description
Seeking a Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager to oversee company fixed assets and inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate asset registers, conducting regular physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, managing tagging and depreciation schedules, coordinating disposals, implementing inventory controls, improving processes, preparing monthly asset reports, and coordinating with finance and operations to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 3+ years of asset/inventory experience; strong Excel and ERP skills; attention to detail; analytical mindset; and excellent communication.
