Job Description
BI COMMUNICATIONS seeks a full-time Female Customer Service and Sales Specialist with 1–3 years in automotive sales, dealerships, or services. You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, identify needs, recommend automotive solutions, generate leads, follow up, close sales, maintain records and reports, coordinate with teams, and meet monthly targets. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills, plus MS Office and basic CRM proficiency. Rotational in-person schedule.
