Job Description
Hybrid role (Lahore DHA Phase 2, 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH). Generate international IT leads via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn. Write client-focused proposals, qualify projects for agency+internship delivery, gather requirements, coordinate with the tech team, filter unrealistic scopes, maintain lead records and follow-ups, and build client relationships. Requirements: 1+ year in IT bidding or business development, hands-on bidding platform experience, strong English, proposal writing, tech-to-non-tech communication, and a professional, accountable mindset.
