Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Customer Service Specialist – International Campaign. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service/sales through various communication channels. The role includes maintaining professional communication and delivering efficient solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Sales.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions.
- Ability to handle customer interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly in international campaigns, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
