Job Description
BigCBtye seeks an energetic, target-driven Business Development Officer to expand our eCommerce services—BigCommerce, Shopify, custom development, integrations, and support. You will generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and email; qualify client needs; prepare proposals and estimates; close deals; manage CRM and sales pipeline; and coordinate handovers with technical teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development (IT/eCommerce preferred), a bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, strong English communication, negotiation and proposal-writing skills, and familiarity with eCommerce platforms, APIs, and freelance marketplaces. Full-time, on-site role. Compensation starts at Rs1.00 per month.
