We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience (inside sales / field sales / B2B / B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Experience in staffing, IT services, consulting, construction, or SaaS sales.
- Experience selling to corporate or enterprise clients.
