Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or Computer Science; 1+ year in functional consulting/process analysis; experience with ERP/Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to document and translate requirements. Responsibilities: analyze processes, gather and validate requirements, create functional specs, support implementation/testing/deployment, collaborate with technical teams, and train end users.
