Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented “HR Officer” to manage HR operations and support functions accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions records
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and calculations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
