Job Description
Lead network and IT operations, design and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure, manage servers, virtualization, cloud services, and backup systems. Oversee IT support, incident response, and system performance to ensure high availability. Develop and enforce security policies, monitor threats, and implement patching and access controls. Coordinate projects, budgets, and vendor relationships; mentor and manage technical staff. Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 5+ years of network/IT management experience. Strong hands-on skills with routing, switching, firewalls, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and scripting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
