Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strictly expert Manager with deep knowledge of the UK Energy & Gas sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with UK energy and gas campaigns, preferably as a Senior Resource or Manager in a Call Center environment.
This role requires strong leadership, team-handling capability, and a complete understanding of GO-UK energy processes, compliance, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a UK Energy & Gas Call Center team
- Ensure team performance, productivity, and sales targets are achieved
- Train, mentor, and grow team members
- Monitor KPIs, call quality, and conversion rates
- Implement strategies for team growth and business expansion
- Handle escalations and complex customer cases
- Ensure full compliance with UK energy regulations and processes
- Coordinate with management to improve performance and results
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert-level knowledge of UK Energy & Gas (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Senior Resource / Manager in a UK Energy Call Center
- Strong understanding of GO-UK energy systems, switching, billing, and compliance
- Excellent team handling and leadership skills
- Strong communication, management, and closing skills
- Ability to drive performance and motivate teams
- Results-oriented with a growth mindset
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3-5 years of UK Energy & Gas experience
- Prior experience managing sales and customer service teams
- Professional, confident, and goal-driven
