Biz Outsource Pvt Ltd, a Pakistan-based travel agency, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; assist with airline ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds; provide information on tour packages, hotel bookings, and visa services; coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors; and maintain accurate booking records. Requirements: intermediate education (Bachelor’s in Travel & Tourism a plus), strong English and Urdu communication, basic MS Office skills, customer-service aptitude, and flexibility for varied hours. Prior travel agency or ticketing experience and visa knowledge preferred. Full-time, in-person role. Salary Rs30,00–40,00/month with performance incentives, training, and growth opportunities.
