About the Role
BizWave Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative (Female) to support our UAE-based real estate clients while operating remotely from our Karachi office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experience through professional communication and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects, services, and payment details
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with UAE-based Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve client issues
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when required
- Document all client interactions and ensure proper follow-ups
- Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles
(Real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
(Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
