Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated DME Sales Representative to join our outbound sales team. The role involves cold calling US customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products such as Braces and CGM under US healthcare compliance standards.

This position is ideal for sales professionals who are confident, target-driven, and experienced in US outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers using provided dialer/leads
• Pitch DME products (Braces, CGM, etc.) professionally
• Qualify prospects according to campaign guidelines
• Transfer or close qualified leads as per process
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM updates
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
• Follow HIPAA and US healthcare compliance standards
• Maintain a professional, clear, and persuasive call flow

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Proven experience with cold calling and objection handling
• Ability to work under pressure and hit sales targets
• Familiarity with dialers (Vicidial or similar) is a plus
• Basic computer skills and CRM usage
• Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
