Job Description
Blackstone Global Resource Ltd is hiring a full-time Call Center Executive in DHA Phase 4, Lahore (in-person). Shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM. Salary: PKR 37,00–55,00/month + commission (up to PKR 55,00). Responsibilities include professionally handling inbound calls, providing accurate product/service information, building customer relationships, meeting sales targets and KPIs, documenting interactions, and resolving complaints. Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English; call center or sales experience preferred; able to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; positive attitude.
