Job Description
Job Purpose: The RCM Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle management process, focusing on medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the revenue cycle team.
- Develop efficient billing policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data.
- Oversee claim submissions and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in medical billing, strong knowledge of reimbursement processes, and excellent leadership skills.
