Job Description
Full-time Sales Agent based in Lahore for Residence 41. Must have 3+ years selling high-rise, luxury, or mixed-use real estate in Lahore. Responsibilities: actively promote and close units to qualified buyers and investors, meet monthly and quarterly targets, build and maintain client networks, conduct property tours and presentations, collaborate with marketing and sales management, monitor competitor and pricing trends, and submit regular sales reports. Requirements: strong negotiation and closing skills, consultative approach, professional and self-motivated attitude, local HNW network, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive base salary plus commissions and incentives; pay Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month. In-person work.
