Job Description
We are seeking an organized Operations Assistant to support daily operations, coordinate logistics, and help streamline processes. The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves routine administrative tasks, monitoring workflows, and preparing operational reports.
Key responsibilities include inventory tracking, scheduling, vendor and customer communication, data entry, and assisting with quality checks. The assistant will help implement improvements and ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications: associate degree or equivalent, 1+ year in operations or admin, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
