Job Description
BnW Collections is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Karachi. This is a permanent, in-house position available exclusively for Karachi residents.
Applicants with e-commerce experience and knowledge of photography or filmmaking equipment will be given priority and can expect excellent opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order confirmation and coordination
- Handling support tickets and customer calls
