Job Description
Boski is hiring a Customer Service Representative to confirm orders via phone and WhatsApp, provide product, price, availability and delivery details, resolve inquiries, keep accurate call/chat records, and collaborate with the team. Full-time, office-based at Empress Road, Shimla Pahari, Lahore. Shifts: 11 AM–7 PM or 10 AM–6 PM, Mon–Sat. Requirements: Matric/Intermediate, fast typing, good Urdu communication, basic computer skills. Preferred: 1 year e-commerce customer care. Responsibilities include learning products/policies, suggesting add-ons when appropriate, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Salary: Rs20,00–Rs35,00/month.
