Job Description
BPO Partners (Pvt) Limited is looking for dedicated individuals for the role of Bilingual Call Center Agent, serving Urdu and Punjabi speaking customers. Your responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing queries and complaints, and informing customers about our products.
The ideal candidate will have fluent spoken and written Urdu, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. A Matric-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and relevant customer service experience are preferred.
