Job Description
Brand Surge is seeking a motivated Cold Caller to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. This role involves making outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and maintaining follow-ups to boost conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and introduce company offerings.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records with client interactions.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior cold calling experience preferred.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
