Job Description
Brickclay is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a BBA or MBA and will be responsible for managing employment resumes, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant logs.
Key responsibilities include providing HR orientations for new employees, processing termination paperwork, verifying unemployment claims, and assisting with employee complaints and job analysis. The HR Executive will also ensure confidentiality, maintain personnel records, and develop HR strategies across the organization.
Requirements include strong reporting skills, organization, and verbal communication abilities. This is a full-time position offering a salary between Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
