Job Description
We are seeking a confident Senior Telemarketer to represent Brickclay’s full service suite via high-quality outbound calling. You will call and engage prospects, pitch branding, design, web, product development, motion, data, and AI solutions, qualify high-intent leads, and schedule discovery and sales meetings for leadership. You’ll follow up by phone, WhatsApp, and email, maintain CRM records, and hit targets. Requirements: 5+ years in telemarketing/inside sales, service-selling experience in creative or tech, strong English communication, persuasive closing skills, objection handling, and CRM proficiency. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs150,00–Rs250,00/month.
