Job Description
We seek a results-driven Business Development Associate at Brickclay to win projects on Upwork and generate leads via LinkedIn and email. Responsibilities: daily Upwork bidding with tailored proposals; LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups; cold/warm email campaigns; manage a steady sales pipeline; track leads and conversions; collaborate with internal teams for accurate pitches. Requirements: proven lead generation, strong Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, hands-on LinkedIn outreach, and basic email marketing/funnel knowledge. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person. Pay: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
