Job Description
Bright Pathway is seeking a confident and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to handle inbound client calls and convert inquiries into successful admissions. You’ll provide accurate information about our services and engage prospective clients to drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, manage client records, send admissions communications, and process payments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, excellent English skills, experience in admissions or customer service, and a proactive attitude.
