Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to support, analyze, and enhance hospital information systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure efficient system functionality, data integrity, and alignment with healthcare workflows.

The System Analyst will play a key role in system analysis, requirement gathering, implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of healthcare IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing hospital systems and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with software developers, vendors, and internal IT teams for system implementation and upgrades.
• Support Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, and other healthcare applications.
• Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance support.
• Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end users.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
• Assist in integration of new technologies and digital health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in systems analysis, healthcare IT, or related technologies will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, or healthcare software solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with database systems, system documentation, and process mapping tools
