Job Description :
- Medical Care Provision:
- Provide medical care to patients following established medical ethics and professional standards.
- Adhere to specified duty rosters and ensure availability for clinical care during scheduled shifts, including day, night, and weekend rotations.
- Leave Management:
- Obtain prior approval for all leaves and ensure appropriate coverage is arranged during absences from duty.
- Strictly adhere to departmental procedures and policies regarding leave management and attendance.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to calls for emergency patient care, including code blue situations, and provide appropriate medical interventions as required.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain open and effective communication with senior staff regarding patient care and clinical management.
- Avoid confrontational situations and promptly communicate any untoward or sentinel events to senior staff for appropriate action.
- Discipline and Conduct:
- Ensure adherence to departmental discipline, decorum, and professional conduct at all times.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications :
MBBS & have completed training in FCPS/MS in Anesthesia with valid PMDC registration
Experience:
Must have completed Post Graduate training in a recognized tertiary care hospital
