Job Description
Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Description:Bunyad Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the NGO sector with at least 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, program implementation, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the foundation’s mission.
- Oversee the effective implementation of programs and projects across regions.
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including donors and government bodies, to foster partnerships.
- Ensure financial and operational sustainability of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role within the NGO sector.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
