We are a fashion/bridal/formal-wear brand seeking to expand our team with a dynamic and passionate individual.
What We’re Looking For:
- Female person speak English & Urdu
- Prior experience in sales with a recognized brand
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong interest or familiarity with fashion, particularly bridal/formal wear
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or messages
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure top-tier customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and customer preferences
Working Hours & Days:
11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
