Job Description
Are you an experienced professional in call center and outsourcing operations? Business Ventures is seeking a Call Center & Outsourcing Manager to oversee our night shift operations at our office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift (Onsite Only)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage night shift call center operations.
- Coordinate outsourcing with stakeholders.
- Drive performance metrics and quality standards.
- Support team leads and agents for efficiency.
- Maintain reporting and compliance.
