Job Description
We are seeking candidates experienced with icabbi, Autocab, and Cordic software. As a Cab Call Operator (CSR), you will manage incoming calls from UK customers looking to book or amend taxi reservations. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling Airport Bookings
- Processing Payments over the Phone
- Escalating Complaints to the Relevant Departments
- Addressing Driver Queries and Grievances
Required experience includes a minimum of 1 year in a call center and a British accent is mandatory. This position is full-time with a contract length of 11 months. Pay ranges from Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Work location is in person.
