Job Description
Cab Track Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Service Dispatcher to handle inbound UK calls for taxi bookings, amendments, payments, and driver queries. You will manage airport and local bookings, provide timely quotations, amend or cancel reservations, monitor flight inputs, and liaise with the UK supervisor/shift in-charge. Strong English speaking and listening skills and a customer-focused approach are essential; experience with Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic is preferred but fresh applicants are welcome. This is an office-based role in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs100,00 per month. No work-from-home available.
