Job Description
We are seeking a Senior UK Taxi Dispatcher to oversee daily fleet operations, coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure timely, safe passenger service across UK regions. You will manage scheduling, handle complex bookings, resolve escalations, liaise with operations and tech teams, and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency. Required: 5+ years dispatch experience, strong knowledge of UK road networks, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with dispatch software and shift supervision.
