Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding service delivery.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator and strategic leader with a proven background in customer-centric or BPO environments who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across customer service and support teams
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent service quality
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
  • Handle client communications, reporting, and performance reviews
  • Manage escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and industry standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-centric, call center, or BPO environment
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, team leadership, or workforce supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
  • Experience working with performance management systems and reporting tools
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation, dispatch, or service-based support environments
  • Background in quality assurance, workforce management, or training
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred, not required)
