Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Network Intern to support our Call Center team at Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Assist call center agents with real-time technical problems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Monitor IT systems and assist with maintenance.
- Help with software troubleshooting and updates.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related field, basic hardware/OS knowledge, excellent communication skills.
