Job Description
Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd. is hiring a Taxi Dispatcher (Cab Call Operator/Dispatcher/CSR) to handle inbound UK customer calls. Responsibilities include airport bookings, payment by phone, amending/canceling reservations, tracking flight inputs, escalating complaints, and handling driver queries. Candidates must have at least 1 year CSR experience with UK-based cabs and proficiency in iCabbi, Autocab, and Cordic. Fluent English with a British accent is mandatory. The role requires liaison with UK supervisors, timely quotations, customer-driver coordination, and maintaining high service standards. Position: full-time, 11-month contract, in-person. Pay: Rs80,00–Rs120,00 per month.
