Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Controller (CSR) to manage incoming calls from UK customers booking or amending taxi services. Your responsibilities will include handling airport bookings, processing payments, escalating complaints, and addressing driver queries.
Required Experience: Candidates should have inbound call center experience or at least one year of CSR experience. Knowledge of Ghost and Icabbi is preferred. A British accent is mandatory.
