Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Level 1 professional to join our team. This role involves providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues with our SaaS platform and assisting customers with account setup.
Work hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time (Night Shift). This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs90,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
